How does buying back work?

1. Bring us the product

You may bring your gold bars or silver coins personally or send them by mail to our headquarters at SMI Group OÜ, Viru väljak 2 (third floor), Tallinn 10111, Estonia. After we accept the product, we will write up a transfer and acceptance act.

2. Checking the product

Our specialists will examine the product and check its authenticity. This process normally takes 1-2 days.

3. Transfer of funds

If the product checks out, we will draw up a purchase and sale agreement, after which we will send a transfer of funds to your bank.
